Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies have the perfect combo of gooey, crunchy, and chewy! Seriously. These guys will blow your mind. So simple & delicious!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place all ingredients minus the chocolate into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together until mostly blended.
  4. Add in chocolate chips. Continue mixing by hand until evenly blended.
  5. Oil a cookie sheet. Make about 12 1Tbsp sized dough balls. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake on the TOP RACK for exactly 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!!!!
Recipe Notes

I use the gluten free Lundberg Brown Rice Syrup. (Note that not all brown rice syrups are gulten free so check your brand label)
