Vegan Banana Creme Protein Pie
Proof that you can do just about anything with pea protein isolate! This recipe is the perfect not so naughty alternative to traditional banana creme pie! But don't be deceived...this recipe is bursting with sinful flavor without the guilt!

Instructions
  1. Pre Heat oven to 350 F & gather ingredients. This is the Brand of pie shell that i like to use.
  2. Place Pie crust in oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove crust from oven and set aside. Leave the oven on.
  3. Place all filling ingredients into a blender and mix until even. Taste test to see how sweet you want it with the Stevia.
  4. Pour contents into pie crust and bake on the top rack for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place in freezer for 4-6 hours to chill and set.
  5. Remove from freezer and add coco whip and pecan pieces. Serve chilled. Store covered in freezer.
